This warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults and does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, misuse, accidental damage, modification or damage caused by incorrect installation.

We want you and your child to be happy with your purchase.

If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your handlebar ribbons, please contact us before sending them back.

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where the product supplied matches your order and product description, choosing the wrong colour or deciding the accessory is no longer required is treated as a change-of-mind return, rather than a shipping or fulfilment error.

Before Installing Your Ribbons

If you think you may need to return the ribbons for change-of-mind reasons, please keep them:

• Unused
• Uninstalled
• Undamaged and unmarked
• Complete as a pair
• In their original packaging
• In resellable condition

If We Send the Wrong Item

If Xchange Sports makes an error with your order — such as sending the wrong product or colour — we’ll provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you and arrange the appropriate solution.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your handlebar ribbons have a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us before returning them.

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of any written warranty and cannot be excluded by this policy. Consumer guarantee rights may also continue beyond the stated warranty period where applicable.

Check Compatibility Before Installing

The ribbons install into compatible handlebar grip ends and are designed as an accessory for i-Glide kids scooters.

If you’re fitting them to another scooter or bike, check that the grip ends provide a suitable and secure mounting position before installation.

Check Them Before Riding

Before each ride, make sure both ribbon attachments remain securely fitted and that the streamers are clear of:

• Wheels and tyres
• Brake components
• Steering mechanisms
• Any moving parts

Do not use the ribbons if they become damaged, excessively frayed or cannot be attached securely.
