Add Accessories to a Ride for Just $10 Shipping

When eligible accessories, helmets or spare parts are ordered together with a bike, scooter or skateboard, the accessory shipping component is reduced by 50% — from $20 to just $10.

This is a single $10 accessory shipping charge for all eligible accessories in the order, regardless of quantity.

Examples:

• 12″ bike + Number Plate = $30 total shipping
• Bike + Number Plate + helmet = $30 total shipping
• Bike + Number Plate + helmet + gloves + accessories = $30 total shipping

New Zealand shipping is currently available for selected Kidvelo bikes only at the following flat rates:

The Strider Number Plate is not currently included in our New Zealand shipping offer.

Many compatibility and installation questions can often be resolved quickly with a little guidance, so we recommend contacting us before arranging a return.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your Strider Number Plate, please contact us before sending it back.

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.

Change-of-Mind & Compatibility Returns

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where the product supplied matches your order and product description, purchasing the Number Plate for an incompatible bike or deciding the accessory is no longer required is treated as a change-of-mind return, rather than a shipping or fulfilment error.

Before Installing or Customising Your Number Plate

If you think you may need to return the Number Plate for change-of-mind or compatibility reasons, please keep it:

• Unused
• Uninstalled
• Undamaged and unmarked
• With the supplied sticker sheets unused
• With all supplied components included
• In its original packaging
• In resellable condition

We recommend confirming compatibility before applying any number or decorative stickers.

If We Send the Wrong Item

If Xchange Sports makes an error with your order — such as sending the wrong product — we’ll provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you and arrange the appropriate solution.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your Number Plate has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us before returning it.

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of any written warranty and cannot be excluded by this policy. Consumer guarantee rights may also continue beyond the stated warranty period where applicable.

• Secure and not loose
• Not interfering with steering

• Free from cracks or significant damage

If the plate becomes damaged or can no longer be attached securely, stop using it until it can be replaced.
