This is a single $10 accessory shipping charge for all eligible accessories in the order, regardless of quantity.

1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects when purchased from Xchange Sports.

This warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, modification, corrosion caused by neglect or damage resulting from attempted theft or forced entry.

Important Security Warranty Note

A bicycle lock is designed to act as a theft deterrent, but no lock can guarantee that a bike or scooter cannot be stolen.

The product warranty relates to manufacturing defects in the lock itself and does not represent theft insurance or a guarantee against theft.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your OG Series Bike Lock, please contact us before sending it back.

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where the product supplied matches your order and product description, purchasing the wrong type of lock or deciding the product is no longer required is treated as a change-of-mind return, rather than a shipping or fulfilment error.

Before Using Your Lock

If you think you may need to return the lock for change-of-mind reasons, please keep it:

• Unused
• Undamaged and unmarked
• Complete with all supplied components
• In its original packaging
• In resellable condition

If We Send the Wrong Item

If Xchange Sports makes an error with your order — such as sending the wrong product — we’ll provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you and arrange the appropriate solution.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your lock has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us before returning it.

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of any written warranty and cannot be excluded by this policy. Consumer guarantee rights may also continue beyond the stated warranty period where applicable.

Setting Your Combination

When setting a new combination, choose a code your family can remember but that isn’t easy for someone else to guess.

We recommend recording the combination somewhere secure at home before your child begins using the lock independently.

Always follow the instructions supplied with the lock when resetting the combination.

How to Lock a Bike More Effectively

Whenever possible:

• Lock the bike to a solid, immovable object
• Pass the cable through the bike frame, rather than only through a wheel
• Include a wheel in the locking loop where cable length and the bike rack allow
• Choose a visible, well-trafficked location
• Avoid leaving the bike unattended for longer than necessary

Is This the Right Security Level?

This lightweight cable lock is best suited to lower-risk everyday situations and short-duration parking.

If the bike is particularly valuable, will regularly be left unattended for long periods or needs to be secured overnight, consider using a more substantial U-lock, chain or folding lock, or combining two different types of lock.
