Xchange Sports Bike Accessories Warranty
1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects when purchased from Xchange Sports.
This warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, modification or damage caused by incorrect operation.
30-Day Love Your Ride Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Many pump or valve compatibility questions can often be resolved quickly with a little guidance, so we recommend contacting us before arranging a return.

Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your Azur Mini Pump, please contact us before sending it back.
Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Where the product supplied matches your order and product description, purchasing the wrong type of accessory or deciding the product is no longer required is treated as a change-of-mind return, rather than a shipping or fulfilment error.
Before Using Your Pump
If you think you may need to return the pump for change-of-mind reasons, please keep it:
- Unused
- Undamaged and unmarked
- Complete with all supplied components
- In its original packaging
- In resellable condition
If We Send the Wrong Item
If Xchange Sports makes an error with your order — such as sending the wrong product — we’ll provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you and arrange the appropriate solution.
Faulty or Defective Products
If you believe your pump has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us before returning it.
Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of any written warranty and cannot be excluded by this policy. Consumer guarantee rights may also continue beyond the stated warranty period where applicable.
Checking Your Valve Before Pumping
The Azur Mini Pump is compatible with both:
- Schrader valves: Wider valves commonly found on kids bikes, balance bikes, BMX bikes and many recreational bikes.
- Presta valves: Narrower valves commonly found on road bikes and many modern mountain bikes.
Always ensure the pump head is correctly fitted to the valve before inflating. Avoid forcing the pump onto the valve, as incorrect attachment can damage the tube valve or pump head.
Check Your Tyre Pressure
Always follow the tyre manufacturer’s recommended inflation range shown on the tyre sidewall where applicable.
A mini hand pump is ideal for portable inflation and emergency top-ups. If precise pressure measurement is important, use a suitable pressure gauge or floor pump with an integrated gauge.
