Add Accessories to a Ride for Just $10 Shipping

When eligible accessories, helmets or spare parts are ordered together with a bike, scooter or skateboard, the accessory shipping component is reduced by 50% — from $20 to just $10.

This is a single $10 accessory shipping charge for all eligible accessories in the order, regardless of quantity.

• i-Glide Scooter + Scooter Head = $30 total shipping
• i-Glide Scooter + Scooter Head + helmet = $30 total shipping

New Zealand shipping is currently available for selected Kidvelo bikes only at the following flat rates:

1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects when purchased from Xchange Sports.

This warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults and does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks from use, accidental damage, misuse, modification or damage caused by incorrect installation.

30-Day Love Your Ride Guarantee

We want you and your child to be happy with your purchase.

If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Many compatibility or fitting questions can often be resolved quickly with a little expert guidance, so we recommend contacting us before arranging a return.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your Scooter Head, please contact us before sending it back.

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where the product supplied matches your order and product description, choosing a different character, colour or deciding the accessory is no longer required is treated as a change-of-mind return, rather than a shipping or fulfilment error.

Before Installing or Using the Scooter Head

If you think you may need to return the Scooter Head for change-of-mind reasons, please keep it:

• Unused
• Undamaged and unmarked
• Complete with all supplied components
• In its original packaging
• In resellable condition

We recommend checking that you’ve selected the correct character and confirmed compatibility before your child uses the accessory outdoors.

If We Send the Wrong Item

If Xchange Sports makes an error with your order — such as sending the wrong character or colour — we’ll provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you and arrange the appropriate solution.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your Scooter Head has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us before returning it.

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of any written warranty and cannot be excluded by this policy. Consumer guarantee rights may also continue beyond the stated warranty period where applicable.

Compatibility with other scooter brands or models should not be assumed.

Check the Attachment Before Every Ride

Before your child starts riding, make sure the Scooter Head is:

• Securely attached
• Not interfering with steering

If the accessory becomes loose or damaged, stop using it until it can be securely refitted or replaced.
