Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your Strider Bike Bell, please contact us before sending it back.

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.

Change-of-Mind & Compatibility Returns

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where the product supplied matches your order and product description, purchasing the bell for an incompatible handlebar or deciding the accessory is no longer required is treated as a change-of-mind return, rather than a shipping or fulfilment error.

Before Installing Your Bell

If you think you may need to return the bell for change-of-mind or compatibility reasons, please keep it:

• Unused
• Uninstalled
• Undamaged and unmarked
• Complete with the mounting strap and all supplied components
• In its original packaging
• In resellable condition

If We Send the Wrong Item

If Xchange Sports makes an error with your order — such as sending the wrong product — we’ll provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you and arrange the appropriate solution.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your bike bell has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us before returning it.

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Check Compatibility Before Ordering

The Strider Kids Bike Bell is designed to fit handlebars approximately:

• 22.2mm diameter
• 25.4mm diameter

There also needs to be enough clear space on the handlebars for the bell to sit securely without obstructing grips, brake levers or other controls.

If you’re unsure whether the bell will fit your child’s bike or scooter, send our team a photo of the handlebars before ordering and we’ll help you check.

Position the Bell Within Easy Reach

Install the bell where your child can comfortably operate it without needing to remove their hand completely from the handlebar grip.

The bell should never interfere with:

• Brake lever operation
• Your child’s normal hand position
• Steering movement
• Other handlebar-mounted accessories

Check the Bell Before Riding
