This warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults and does not cover normal fabric or palm wear, abrasion through regular riding, accidental damage, misuse, modification or damage caused by falls and impacts.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your Azur Kids Bike Gloves, please contact us before sending them back.

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.

Change-of-Mind & Size Returns

For approved change-of-mind returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where the gloves supplied match your order and product description, ordering a size that does not fit is treated as a change-of-mind return or exchange, rather than a shipping or fulfilment error.

Before Wearing the Gloves Outdoors

If you think you may need to return the gloves for change-of-mind or sizing reasons, please keep them:

• Unused
• Clean and unmarked
• Complete as a matching pair
• With original tags attached where applicable
• In their original packaging
• In resellable condition

We recommend trying the gloves on indoors and checking the fit before your child rides in them.

If We Send the Wrong Item

If Xchange Sports makes an error with your order — such as sending the wrong product or size — we’ll provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you and arrange the appropriate solution.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your gloves have a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us before returning them.

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of any written warranty and cannot be excluded by this policy. Consumer guarantee rights may also continue beyond the stated warranty period where applicable.
