When a helmet, accessories or spare parts are ordered together with a bike, scooter or skateboard, the accessory shipping charge is reduced by 50% — from $20 to $10.

This is a single $10 accessory shipping charge for all eligible accessories in the order, regardless of quantity.

2-Year Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, subject to Globber’s warranty terms and conditions.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, modification and impact damage are not considered manufacturing defects.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your helmet, please contact us before sending it back.

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.

Change-of-Mind & Size Exchanges

For approved change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where the helmet supplied matches your order and product description, selecting the incorrect size is treated as a change-of-mind return or exchange, rather than a shipping or fulfilment error.

Before Removing Tags or Using Your Helmet

If you think you may need to return or exchange the helmet for change-of-mind or sizing reasons, please keep it:

• Unused
• With all original tags attached
• With all original accessories included
• In its original packaging

We recommend checking the fit carefully before your child uses the helmet outdoors.

If We Send the Wrong Item

If Xchange Sports makes an error with your order — such as sending the wrong helmet, colour or size — we’ll provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you and arrange the appropriate solution.

Helmet Safety After an Impact

A helmet that has suffered a significant impact should be replaced even if there is no obvious visible damage.

Do not continue using a helmet that has received a severe blow or shows signs of structural damage or excessive wear.

LED Battery Safety

The rear LED uses a replaceable coin-cell battery. Battery replacement should be performed by an adult only, and new or used coin batteries must always be kept out of reach of children.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your helmet has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us before returning it.

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of any manufacturer warranty and cannot be excluded by this policy. Consumer guarantee rights may also continue beyond the stated manufacturer warranty period.
